Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as sale or clearance 

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.
